If you mean the shots of him turning on the Game Boy Horror, those are part of a menu so they are 60 FPS. If you mean looking at the map in the intro, that is at 30 FPS since it's part of the intro and it's specifically *entire* scenes that are just his hands. Thank you very much for your inquiry!
