so turns out frangipani (i.e. plumeria) bouquets aren't really a thing and that knowledge is kinda upsetting to me,,,,,, i did find a store online that'll legit sell you a like little tree with the flowers to plant in your yard or whatever which is kinda cool but they are not in:
