I cook dinner every day for me and my partner and usually it's a 30 minute commitment cos I don't like spending time cooking.
Yesterday was fritata, that's not even 30 minutes. If it's stir-fry? Dang we're eating before she's finished dropping her backpack from work.

Basically I bake a fritata every weekend to rid my fridge of veggies. If you mix a ratio of 2 cups of egg white and .5 cup 2% cottage cheese in a blender you can out whatever you want in there and bake at 350F

Made scrambled eggs in the air fryer this morning.
Wasn't sure how long it would take to cook them.
I was thinking it would be more like a fritata, but they did not come out of the pan in a cohesive mass.
