『ぎゃる☆がん2』の8周年。インティ・クリエイツが送るガンシュー…否、眼シューの4作目。襲い掛かってくる女の子たちを狙い撃ち、また時には『デビルスイーパー』で悪魔と服を吸い込むべし！3作目の『VR』がベースゆえシステムがFPS寄りになっており、初期2作とはゲーム性が違う。好きなステージを攻略してストーリーを進め、愛しのあの子とのハッピーエンドを目指せ。
ぎゃるがんは初期2作がお気に入りだっただけに個人的にシステム的にちょっと引っかかる面はあったが、世界観やノリは過去作譲りの絶妙におバカな内容なので安心できる。もちろんキャラの魅力は言わずもがな！
