I really get sad whenever I think about the ways the gamefication of everyday use of technology is never for actual fun purposes and always has some big scheme for gathering and exploiting personal data and mass surveillance or to train AI.

We're learning across 5 languages - we're fed up! The gamefication of the reward system (multiple clicking of nonsense, just to get the next lesson) is just trivial nonsense.

Das ich da immer so schlecht abschneide, liegt natürlich zu 87,56% dran, dass ich extrem wenig der deutschsprachigen Literatur lese, die hier normalerweise eingereicht wird & die Gamefication via Preis hilft mir, wenigstens was davon mitzukriegen.

I hear ya but retail investing isnt the problem. Imo its really the gamefication of option markets by places like robinhood who design them to be more akin to draftkings and other gambling sites than actual investing instruments
