My camera doesnt pick up colors for crap apparently lol but the butterflyweed is blooming at one of my client's Piedmont Oak Savannah! 9yrs ago this was a former Pine plantation that had been clearcut. 8yo they planted seed. The variation in orange is subtle but impressive! #NativePlants #GardenWild

This isnt my office everyday, but it is today at #GardenWild- and the first and third Monday of every month.... and it's all still just so surreal.

Hunblebrag, but genuinely grateful.💚

Working at the original #GardenWild "Stewardship " client's property today. I've been managing for ecological health for about 7yrs now. This is going to sound like an "internet tale" but this is legitimately a wild occurring Cypridium Orchid (Lady slipper) sprouting& wasnt planted. #nativeplants

Mountain Mint, all of 'em lol, are such underrated plants... and thats saying sindthing because, they're becoming a common recommendation lol especially for attracting beneficial insects & parasitic wasp to the garden. There were so many more than what you can see ! #nativeplants #gardenwild

Doll's eyes (i believe) and Mayapple at a Woodland installation check-in this morning. At #GardenWild i am commited to building relationship, not just selling a product. Every install comes with 3 years of "courtesy check-ins" where I stop by several times seasonally

I thought these were blueberry but after blooming, they're definitely not! Deerberry (im like 80% sure), which is also a #NativePlants #VaNativePlants this client first hired #GardenWild to clear out this area. Its swamped with English ivy and honeysuckle- but the "weeds" are all berries & Blooms!

I've been calling these "rain visits" for #GardenWild, where I visit during a rainstorm and just walk around watching the water. So far, only used in the Stewardship Program ... I think i like "Storm Audit" better🤔😅
Is your yard a sponge or a slide? 🌧️

With the atmospheric river hitting the PNW, your landscape is showing you exactly where its flaws are. It’s time for a Storm Audit.

Impossible to get all the current blooms in one pic, I'm extatic at how this #GardenWild Native Enhancement install is doing😍 I'm a big fan of diversity. For a lot of reasons, but having a variety of constantly changing blooms is a big one I used a lot of #NativePlant 'nativars' in this bed...
