most women with a non classical genotype have obvious symptoms, or the genotype is rare, so I doubt the OP is accurate, since it has so many obvious errors

The Olympics used to test DNA for evidence of a Y chromosome. This practice was abandoned because many people have a genotype which doesn't "match" their phenotype. A cisgender woman could have chimerism or CAIS with Y-chomosome DNA, etc.
