Ein äußerst interessanter Geschmack. Nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Trotzdem interessant.

🥃 Glasgow 1770 The Original (CS 59,5%)

Nose: Light on the nose. Typical lowland single malt. Dried dark fruits, biscuit, oak

Palate: Very citrusy and creamy. Butterscotch, almond, shortbread.

Finish: More citrus, light spice, a bit peppery

Nose: Light smoke, caramel, dark berries
Palate: Nectar-like dried fruits, BBQ sauce, very smooth.
Finish: Light peat & spices

Ich wurde den ganzen Tag den Eindruck von
#Whiskey #Glasgow1770 peated Moscatel cask (2,5J lang!) nicht los. Solch ein gewöhnungsbedürftiger Gegensatz zw Torf und Moscatel - im Abgang bitter-herb.

Nun zum Vergleich:
#Whisky 82NC Caol Il 8 years Moscatel finish.

Was für ein Unterschied.
