But I just want to say that I really do feel physically better without meat in my life, and I think a lot of other people might, too.

Tried these last night with a Spanish rice pilaf. Very realistic texture and they remind me of my mom's hush puppies, so yes, they're pretty authentic. Even J the omnivore thinks they taste like chicken. 15g protein, 5g fiber, no cholesterol whatsoever. #goveg #friendsnotfood
