개인간 파일 암호화해서 보낼 때 key id를 쓰는게 합리적일까? email 주소를 쓰는게 합리적일까?
물론, s/mime에서도 동일한 식별 문제가 있긴 했겠지?

opensign을 자체 구축하면, 분명히, pdf 전자서명을 받는 인프라가 생기는 것이긴 한데.. 굳이 필요한가?
gpg 사용하면, 암호화를 사용할 수 있는데, 적정 수준에서 정도만 쓰면 적당한가?
물론, gpg가 완벽하지 않다고 거절 할 수 있어. 하지만, 합리적인 암호화 수단을 제공해야. 원시적으로 zip파일에 비밀번호를 쓰더라도 ㅋ
