This infuriates me. We don't give warning for petty crimes but we do give warnings for the thing that's most likely to kill Haligonians.
RCMP say they have increased traffic enforcement, but can’t say why they gave out fewer tickets for dangerous driving. They give out far more warnings than they do tickets.
