It's nice when a new feature proves useful. I got a DXCC notification from #QRV last night for Alaska, and I finally finished WAS on 20m. I'll admit that HamAlert lets you be much more granular, but I like the ease of use of my current implementation. #HamRadio #AmateurRadio #iOSDev

HamAlert has now proper WWFF support!
The app is awesome but it has lacked full support for WWFF cluster (CQGMA) but now it should have it.

Last couple of days, i have had HamAlert set up to tell me if any ZS5 is active - in that time, i have worked, Bangladesh, Antarctica, New Zealand, Bonaire, Japan, Argentina and now Mariana Islands.
Still not worked ZS5.

It’s awesome to have a real, high quality, “Mac-assed Mac App” (highest compliment 😃).
I just started playing with notifications in the app today, trying it out instead of HamAlert for now — and the iCloud syncing means I don’t have to do anything to copy over from phone to Mac. 🎉

I should be clear - I am a huge fan of DMR, of remote radio, of Brandmeister, and of linked repeaters. I just get a kick out of the fact that POTA doesn't allow repeaters but would be a totally different game without spotting and HamAlert ON THE INTERNET.

Finally heard & worked T32TTT just now. Relieved to remove from #HamAlert as that’s been hundreds of spots a day, & every time I checked, I couldn’t hear them.

I’m adding you to my HamAlert so if I am near my radio when I see you are on the air I will call you. We can have a QSO, either voice or CW at whatever speed you are comfortable with.

Woo-hoo! I setup HamAlert last night and loaded it with about 15 callsigns of friends or people I was to work. First hit just came in! AA7EE @the-rugster.bsky.social - now I just wish I was home to try to work you!

Yeah, I’ve got a couple cluster-improved things I use entirely because they’re friendlier than traditional telnet clusters. HamAlert in particular.
