I'm having to completely repin the Drunkard's Path quilt sandwich. The last time I didn't smooth the backing fabric out enough and it was horrible. With this being hand pieced by one of my favorite cousins, it has to be perfectly prepared for quilting. #quiltsky #handpieced #handquilting #doitright

I feel like women who made handpieced quilts in the past must have completely hated the very sight of them, no matter how proud they must have been, by the time they finished the last stitch in the binding.
We'll see if I set the #VineQuilt aflame or just pack it away :)
