House Bill 2944 inpatient treatment days; computation; exclusion. "This fix allows individuals to receive the full number of court-ordered inpatient treatment days without counting their time spent in jail. It will help ensure that the most vulnerable receive the proper mental health care they need," said Hernandez. Mandates any time a patient spent in a jail or prison be removed in computing the number of inpatient treatment days available to the patient. The bill passed the Senate Health and Human Services Committee 6-0. House Bill 2380 rare disease advisory council.
