Like the new campaign and additional fines to come with drivers not adhering to Highwaycode rule H2, no reason why better enforcement and education shouldn’t be a part of positive changes to keep all people safe within our transport networks.

Seems there's a new rule in the Highway Code, if you have a 10 year old lowered Merc/Audi/BMW with limo tints you don't need a front number plate. Quite right, expecting law abiding drivers to display a number plate is another part of the "war on the motorist." #HighwayCode

You’d think London’s roads calm down after work - but after 6pm the West End turns into Wild West, with no congestion charge and few parking controls.
