ミリタリーミニチュア作るならフィギュアをどうにかしないとならない。しかし、1/35だと小さいので中々顔を綺麗に塗れない。目で見て綺麗に塗れたなと思っても、写真をUPすると粗が目立つ。まだ今回で12体目の塗装だが、なんとかスマホで拡大しても見られるくらいにはなってきた。自然にボカスって難しいなぁ〜

後はチッピングだ。
今回はチッピング以外は油彩で行いました。
チッピングは、今回この色なのでエナメルのフィールドグレーか履帯色を使おうかな？
試しに油彩でフィギュア塗ってみましたが10年早かったです笑

#Miniwing F-86K Sabre Dog got inside paint so it is not seethrough. 🙈 also I will have to apply a lot of primer paint to hide the poor material quality and marks of injection. Pitot tube got killed in the process of cutting wings out of the tree. Putty is on standby. #histscalemodel #ItaliaGB

Which is why I've ended up in this odd position as a sort of hanger on to the histscalemodel crowd even though I have zero interest in military vehicles. The support and encouragement you all give each other is good to see.

自宅にカーモデルはなかったので、ラットスタイルということで、こちらのティリーを作りました。偶然にもRAF仕様というミディアムブルーでも行ける仕様があったので製作開始。民間払い下げをコツコツ、カスタムしているという感じに仕上げました。
次は普通に1/24のカーモデルでやってみたいですね〜

#histscalemodel crew - Anyone have experience with 3d printing and/or soldering? This is for a character in my novel. Would be difficult to give him a workshop outside of their condo but it's in keeping if he'd taken over 2nd bathroom w/ a ventilation hood & whatever else is needed for safety. Thx

I think I'm going to have to walk away and call it done. An old 1:20 Tamiya kit with very brittle decals.
