Replaced the terrible wooden comb of my Hohner 270 with a Power comb. Super easy to install and the instrument is now 100% functional again.

My little live setup from the early '70s: a Hohner Stringvox, a Crumar Crucianelli Compac Piano, a CRB combo organ, a Colorsound wah-wah, and a VOX AC-30. Not pictured are the WEM Copycat and the Compact Phasing A.
All of this still fit into a regular compact car.

Got me curious about the Compute-a-tune! I know Casio have licensed and had their products rebadged by Realistic (Tandy/ Radio Shack) and Hohner, but not by Waddingtons! And yes, I made a video about the VL-1 focusing specifically on its synth section. Here's the link :-)

Lots of slightly mad musical instruments, for sure. A Hohner Claviola. A Streb e-melodeon. A Hardanger fiddle. A hurdy-gurdy. A player-piano. A full-sized church organ to go in my candle-filled lair in the cellar. (None of this would even put a dent in $25m obvs, but all beyond my current means!)
question for the audience: if you were ultra rich (let’s say $25M), what completely frivolous thing are you buying?

This is me in 1997. I used to be cool but I couldn't afford real Ludwig drums so I put a Ludwig head on a Hohner drum set.

Don't trip, my c. 1996 Hohner dreadnought is still hanging on the wall in my office. It could be described as "pretty bad."
