I made a Northern Red-Legged frog today as an asset for another illustration I’m doing. It can be found here in Humboldt County where I live in northern California near Oregon. 🪶🐡🎨

My colleague and I helped install another art exhibition at our local library, this one focusing on the art of the library staff themselves from all over Humboldt County.

It's a lovely show! So many mediums, so much love and care.

There is simply no way I can livestream today.

My body is mending after a long 2-day weekend vending at North Country Fair. My voice is toast. I have aches.

But the Samba Parade was awesome!!!

See you again on Tuesday, 1-4pm, PDT!

The one on the left features a Night Heron on a textured canvas background of oranges and browns surrounded by stylized Art Nouveau embossed filigree. The second features a Marsh Wren on a canvas background of lilacs and greens, surrounded by a mirror image of the left's filigree. Both event posters are paired mirror images of each other, and feature text that delineates information about each event.
