## Hyper-Secure Federated Hardware-Software Wallets for Enhanced Byzantine Fault Tolerance in Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs)
**Abstract:** The proliferation of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) necessitates robust and tamper-proof cryptocurrency wallet infrastructure. This research proposes a novel approach to cryptocurrency wallet security, integrating federated hardware security modules (HSMs) with software-based encryption and bespoke Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) protocols. Our “Hyper-Secure Federated Wallet” (HSFW) enhances robustness against both hardware and software attacks, ensuring DAO autonomy and asset integrity. The key contribution lies in a dynamically weighted BFT consensus mechanism augmenting traditional key shuffling techniques, dynamically adjusting based on continuously evaluated node reputation and threat modeling, thus greatly enhanced resilience compared to existing solutions.
