We should name hurricaines, typhoons & cyclones after fossil fuel companies.

Wait! You mean Trump didn't stop hurricaines?

Nature's warning lights are going off finally

Hurricaines will be stopping by soon it seems

I guess they can be housed in the tents when the floods, hurricaines, tornadoes and fires take their homes.

More of her plans
-making old buildings into apartments
-getting medicine in case something like Covid happens
-warning people about Hurricaines and earthquakes and paying for them to go to hotels if needed.

Kristi Noem just publicly thanked him for not bringing hurricaines to America this year, which definitely makes him qualified to design airports. /sarcasm and dread

Technically the dipshit is the person gargling balls enough to attribute the lack of hurricaines to an adhjucated rapist who was best friends and loved to party with a child rapist and sex trafficker.

But i digress.

Funny how politicians leave that out. Same as the hurricaines.
Except Joe Biden, he acknowledged it.

Is there any reason to believe he won't go all-in on any of his crazy ideas - firing nukes into the center of hurricaines, for example, or shooting protesters in the legs, or ending voting?

The answer is no. We have to assume he will do every evil thing, and more besides.
One further thought after today’s Substack post: on tariffs, Trump has been *more* extreme than his campaign, despite urgent warnings from business. Any reason to believe he won’t go all-in on mass deportations? paulkrugman.substack.com/p/america-is...

Deterioration in living standards and depopulation for areas vulnerable to wildfires, flooding and hurricaines as Federal relief shrinks and becomes more political. Massive corruption in the reduced government procurement, leading to worse govt services per $.

It is part of America and so are the ppl. Just like Florida and the hurricaines and the tornadoes in the Midwest. We are all in this TOGETHER. Don't let the bastards start tearing us apart any longer.

Yeah, we couldn't get 'em with the hurricaines, so we'll get 'em with the eggs.

If the idiots starve to death, it won't bother me a bit

Do you think hurricaines are doing background checks to see if you went to college and waited to have kids until you were married before deciding to fuck up your whole life? 🤨

This is thought provoking from the FT.

It’s already clear (as I have previously discussed in this stream) that insurance companies are raising premiums and withdrawing cover for housing in some US states given the frequency and intensity of wildfires, storms and hurricaines.

Trump claimed that hurricaines don't hit Cuba. Yet just two months ago, his own administration delivered $3 million in disaster relief to Cuba after Hurricane Melissa slammed the island in Oct. 2025.

My hips are swaying, my paws are thumping, flipflops thwacking against my pads as I stomp and dance and spin and strut. My tails are lashing and wagging wildly, hurricaines of fur and blurred walls of motion. Coyote yips, yaps, howls, barks, giggles, & growls among the synths, drums and vocals.

Mother Earth Poem by j

Tempestuous one

Exhaling hurricaines

Causing mountain tops to erupt with liquid fire

Violently quaking open solid ground

Sending out waves to overcome her shores

The life she brings forth
can be extinguished

And no one can stop her
