Benzene (linked to cancer), sulphur dioxide + hydrogen sulphide were emitted but the firm states this didn't result in "increased health risk to the community". So, there's been a thorough, independent + peer-reviewed investigation into the health impacts before they stated this with certainty?

Water wires are short-lived chains of water molecules linked by hydrogen bonds. Researchers have devised a way to measure them optically. The new technique could be used to study how water-wires influence proton transfer and other biochemical processes.
