i listened to the audiobook while driving i35 which worked well for me but might've been mildly traumatic for the other people in the car lol. lotta depressing statistics. they're all podcasters so it feels like a long podcast. the book is pretty short too and then you get the graphs and whatnot.

First of all, it stopped raining before lunchtime. Second, the highway he needs to use, I35, is under all kinds of construction. And finally, we got NO heads up on logistics. I got home before he hit the road, but I think that was pure luck. This guy sucks.

Just found out at 2:20pm that he’s supposed to arrive onsite at 3pm, stay for two hours, & then go on to Oklahoma. So f everybody’s logistics, I guess. Enjoy I35, bozo.

My shop was on an acre on I35 North of Dallas. I loved to watch and interact with the Mockingbirds in the yard. I told everyone they provided ‘close air support’ to harass any stray cat or dog that wandered into their domain. I’m no longer there but I remember them fondly!

I've made this trip up & down I35 so many times. The bus is basic, but the seats are comfortable and, most importantly, someone else is driving. I hate driving up & down I35.
I'm trying Red Coach to go to San Antonio today. You can see our glorious brutalist City Hall in the background.
