My therapist is fucking for real. I told her I'd never shared my suicidal ideations with her in case she can lock me up for it, I never make plans to complete the act from my vow to my manic depressive grandpa who ripped our family apart dying by suicide.

I want to increase my sertraline dosage to 150mg before returning to work solely due to the fear of experiencing suicidal ideations again.
It is really hard for me to judge if it is a necessity without actively going to work; I'll probably do it regardless because I don't want to quit my job.
