For what it's worth Walmart at least has employees picking the grocery orders instead of gig economy contractors. You can also get your order delivered by an employee via the "inhome" service (there are options to have it left at your door or in your garage if you don't want us in your house).

In areas that have it, Walmart InHome is arguably an even better deal for those with disabilities. They'll not only deliver groceries, they'll even bring them inside and unload them into your fridge for you. And there's no tipping cost on top since they're Walmart hourly employees.

I generally use the InHome when I can because that's a lot better in terms of getting what I order and the tip-free nature of it versus gig workers winds up being a big savings compared to doing just Delivery with a tip all the time
