University of Dublin, Trinity College, has been working in this area too. In their case they returned remains to the communities of the descendants on Inisbofin, off the Irish coast. They were part of the Anatomy Museum. You can learn about the complexity of returns here:

The real U2 disappeared in a small plane over Inisbofin shortly after recording The Unforgettable Fire and were replaced by clones.
Bono? You must be mistaken. Bono tragically died when his head swelled so large it crushed the rest of his body in 1996 and then rolled down a hill and into the bay where it floats to this day. So U2 never released any albums after Zooropa.

We have an active retired members association who host numerous events throughout the year.
The group recently travelled to Inisbofin and included John "Clem" Smith who is 82 years young. Next year will mark the 40th anniversary of this walking group 🚶

Inisbofin and I know someone who has a great house to rent out as needed. If you miss the ferry like I did with pals we hitched a ride from local fishermen and climbed up the rocks instead of pier steps! We just bought them a pint in the pub later.
