#inter-planetary
If the assumption is in architecture standards, like the ones used in electrical drawings I am familiar with. And, that somehow through some inter planetary corporation like the Congress of Interstellar Trade (mtu) those standards are adopted across worlds, then yes.

SpaceX's Starship rocket has successfully reached orbit and deployed its V3 Starlink satellites into orbit for the first time, officially making this Starship's first revenue-generating flight.

Starship successfully deploys 26 Starlink V3 satellites, to pave way for possible human 'inter-planetary' missions
The ultimate aim of SpaceX Spacecraft is to be able to carry humans on "long-duration, inter-planetary flights" perhaps to the Moon and later to Mars

Inequality of Health Chances is More than a Question for Health Systems
Newswise — The worldwide inequality of health opportunities is being further heightened by the triple planetary crisis – climate change, loss of biodiversity and environmental pollution. Hence preventing it is more than a question for health systems; as a central concern it must be embedded in climate and environmental policy. This is being urged by scientists from Heidelberg University whose research focuses, inter alia, on global health, environment-related diseases and climate action. They advocate not only for countering this inequality at the individual level but also for removing structural causes. In a paper that has appeared in the journal “Nature Human Behaviour” they explain the approaches required in research and policy-making. The authors of this publication underline that seven of the eight “safe and just Earth system boundaries” have already been transgressed – the boundaries that stand for the stability and resilience of the whole planet and also take account of equity for all people. Accordingly, a large part of the global population is affected by these boundary transgressions with the impacts being unequally distributed worldwide. The Heidelberg researchers, state that low or medium-income countries are being disproportionately impacted, as are poorer and older population groups within high-income regions. “Prosperity...

We want to live regenerative lives, to secure human dignity in Heart-soul-body for all human beings; to live with all living beings within the natural rhythms of our local and planetary ecological habitats; to replace our current greed is good consumerism with sustainable inter-generational equity.

The media's ability to deny planetary crises stems from the wrong terminology that describes them. We're not suffering from 'climate change,' we're experiencing ecological collapse - the destruction of Earth's inter-linked life-providing network of which we're a part - not alien outsiders.

Hey! The good folks at @dinneratyiffanys.com have put up a recording of my story, 'Another Coyote'!

Xolotl needs a break. Who can blame them? Servicing a debt, working a cheap diner orbiting undeveloped inter-planetary real-estate... When the coyote Tlaloc shows up, trouble is inevitable 🍑🍆💦💦💦🔞

NASA's Mariner 2 gave us the first close-up look at another planet, and found Venus to be inhospitable, and far hotter than expected.

Grand Planetary Challenges Need a Grand Coalition to Solve Them
Opinion Grand Planetary Challenges Need a Grand Coalition to Solve Them NAIROBI, Kenya, Aug 26 2026 (IPS) - Several coalitions exist today to defend the territories in which people live and work. Global leaders have long understood the importance of shared responsibility for collective security and have invested significant time in establishing networks, partnerships and alliances. In 2025, global spending on defense reached a record $2.9 trillion. But the global community is increasingly recognizing that today’s gravest existential risks arise from a war being waged against nature itself – and our defenses are woefully fragmented and underfunded. The world is investing only about $220 billion a year for nature-based solutions, compared to $7.3 trillion for nature-negative activities. This is not just a discrete, isolated environmental concern. The triple planetary crises of land degradation, biodiversity loss and climate change are worsening food insecurity, water scarcity and ecosystem collapse, threatening millions of lives. Collectively, the impact of the ongoing assault on nature is amplifying conflict, worsening migration, driving inflation higher, and fomenting geopolitical instability. Unless restoration and sustainable management of resources is in place, the world is expected to lose more than US$23 trillion by 2050, while halting this trend would cost...

Warnings from 1800 about the effects of human action on our ecology are ignored. Life provision relies on the inter-linked planetary system, which is collapsing. Note the difference from 'climate change' which fails to explain global threat to life. We prefer suicidal abstract beliefs to reality.

Kerbal Space Program

Assuming I can’t just stay in Kerbin for a year, I think I’d be fine? I’ve gotten good at Mun and Minmus landings so as long as I’m not sent on a shitty-ass rocket or inter-planetary mission it should be grand. Even better if I’m just a designer/program manager.
You're offered $250,000,000 but to claim it you must enter the last video game you've played and stay there for a full year.

How are y'all faring in this deal?

Since the 1980s, "GREED IS GOOD" (Wall Street) economics has been dominant.
Trump continues recent practices:
to hell goes nature, animals, land, waters, and air;
to hell goes human dignity, social equalities, sustainable development, and inter-generational equity.

might not have any fear of debris impacts.

The Penrose likely makes use of some kind of navigational deflector, since the front viewscreen both exists and is totally unscathed. That would normally be a massive liability on a manned inter-planetary / extra-solar ship.

The persistence in defining the issue as 'climate crisis' is problematic. What we're seeing is 'ecological collapse', the disintegration of the entire inter-linked life enhancing, life supporting & life producing planetary system. We prefer our own abstract creations to re-engaging with life.
