Online Now: KRASG12D-targeted therapy sensitivity depends on interferon signaling activation in pancreatic cancer
KRASG12D-targeted therapy sensitivity depends on interferon signaling activation in pancreatic cancer
Zhang et al. show that intrinsic resistance to KRASG12D-targeted therapy in pancreatic cancer is driven by suppressed interferon signaling associated with sustained MYC activity. Activation of interferon pathways, particularly via IFN-β, resensitizes resistant tumors and synergizes with KRAS inhibitors, revealing interferon signaling as an actionable target.

If My Neurologist believed me initially , i could have gotten gamma interferon or plasma pharesis to stop it.
( I didnt know that/ he didnt tell me that)

But I sure did make em do every possible test that was on wikipedia

Defective Viral Genomes Reveal History-dependent Self-regulation of Type I Interferon Dynamics
Type I interferons (IFN) help clear a viral infection, but IFN levels can then decline to reset the antiviral state and avoid innate immune dysregulation. Such dysregulation can occur following infect...
