nevertheless its response included a generalized algorithm for calculating and combining several intermediate values, along with approximations of those intermediates and the final answer for my specific parameters to 2 decimal places. that’s uncannily like doing arithmetic

Just a reminder: a #lableak would have spilled over lineage A, with B arising later, amidst intermediates. But all evidence indicates B spilled over first, then A, with no intermediates in samples even from Jan 2020. The haters against scientists/virologists need to have a hard look at the 🦝 trade.🧪
More evidence that there were no intermediates between the early A and B lineages of SARS-CoV-2. academic.oup.com/ve/advance-a... This can also be seen in an unpublished paper on Wuhan sequences from Jan 2020 (A=S, B=L...I think).
