Camp Miasma - absolute knock out of a physical media gag. Lots to like but with so much wonderful inuniverse build up, it is a shame that (while thematically it still works) the scenes we see of the original film feel modern. Think there could have been something in there seeing a hokey old horror.

I am sorry but are we aware that tgis is not like magic where everyone brings their own stuff to the table and where there is a competitive scene that requires you to mix your inuniverse content with UB to have a chance.

i have always made lyric have 2 siblings, with the inital lore reason they never show up is due to them being dead inuniverse...

Thinking about this again and cloud presents himself as an Ex Soldier as in one without a master or a black guard to give them a historic name. He literally presents himself as the inuniverse equal of a dark knight.
I feel like in the remake trilogy they are really leaning into the dark knight aspect of Clouds character, like the idea of giving into his rage and Sephiroth being the dark side that pulls him in deeper is just like the DRK storyline in 14 which is the prototypical dark knight.

I think Jumpstart is perfect for UB! I personally think Jumpstart is a perfect way to teach new players regardless of UB or inUniverse. Especially with adjacent products like the beginners box.
Also, as a current player, most of my “chase” cards for MSH are Jumpstart cards lol
