My wife and I hied ourselves hence to the Whitebridge Hotel on the old road to Inversnecky, (Inverness), for a Sunday roast where I was able to enjoy a favourite bevvy, "Happy Chappy" real ale. Real ale isn't pasteurised or filtered, so it's flavour is robust, crisp and complex.
