Par contre, je vois bien un certain "réveil" chrétien.

I've been reading this book and it is absolutely WILD how wrong people are to try and back-project modern dynamics onto the premodern Middle East in an attempt to frame the process of Islamisation as an instance of settler colonialism. Warning: this will involve a lot of fiscal adminstration!
I have been anticipating this book for years ever since I saw the author give a talk. Looks great.
