A couple of springtails from yesterday's trek up the Stiperstones. The globular species Dicyrtomina ornata and an Isotomid species, perhaps Isotoma viridis.

Rock isotome wildflowers (Lithotoma petraea, formerly Isotoma petraea) flourishing in the really harsh environment of Dome Rock, Boolcoomatta. Incredible how this stuff survives in nothing but rocks.

From the Collembola AIDGAP key: "With a pooter it is preferable to provide suction from a rubber pipette bulb... Hurd (1954) accidentally infected his nasal sinus with eggs of a species of Isotoma... and passed about 50 live Collembola from his nose some two months later. It made him quite poorly" 🫣

We're an arty bunch at Isotoma HQ. And the prints adorning the walls bring us all a lot of joy. So we'd like to say thank you to the artists responsible, starting with the delightful @gailmyerscough.bsky.social

During the current winter chill my go to has been leaf litter. So not surprising I'm exploring springtails. This is often resulting in new species for me to record, such as Isotoma viridis, with its single pair of manubrial teeth.

A selection of invertebrates from the dunes at Holkham recently. There were quite a few of these greenish springtails on fallen wood - Isotoma viridis I think. Also Wrinkled Snail (Xeroplexa intersecta), the spider Agalenatea redii and a Wasp Spider egg-sac.

> "Fixes an issue whereby, when enemies "Wilderness Hunter," "Wilderness Exile," and "Local Legend: Sigurd" were in the "Grief-Stricken" state within Albedo's Solar Isotoma field, their DMG taken would not trigger the AoE Geo DMG from Solar Isotoma."

I USRD TO DREAM OF DAYS LIKE THESE
> Fixes an issue whereby, under certain circumstances in Co-Op Mode, dealing damage to the enemies "Wilderness Hunter," "Wilderness Exile," and "Local Legend: Sigurd" while they are in the Grief-Stricken state would not reduce their Max HP as intended.
