3/3 The ruling, to be appealed by the govt, raises serious questions about #Philippines' ability to tackle #IUUfishing. The seizure of 13 vessels in #WestAfrica EEZs is another sign that stronger regional coordination & enforcement (this time by #Guinea, #GuineaBissau & #SierraLeone) yields results on #IUUfishing. Also, a great example of how effective boarding and inspection schemes are.
