In an effort to try and keep my increasingly bodgy neck fully bundled during this cold snap, I'm sewing up the #jaliealbert ski hood thing. I don't ski, just arthritic 😂🧵🇳🇿
This was almost 3m of merino which the Tīmaru St John sold me for $10. Enough to make matching trackies even.

And omg then I had some fabric left over, enough to make the ski mask pack 2 headwear from the #jaliealbert set. Because I'm still wearing these snood things to bed - cold snap, bad neck. Don't feel bad for laughing , you know I did!! #garmentsewing

Finished article is delighting me greatly! Very warm and luxe and I put some fun tags on. One is a lie - this took me half a day. I'll make a few more at least- in pyjama fabric for overnight may just save me some bad neck mornings. #garmentsewing #jaliealbert

I made myself a snood with the leftover fabric from my long hoodie/Toni sling. I wear one of these to bed because a hoodie is too warm but particularly my neck needs extra warming. This time I sewed it all up with just a zigzag stitch and I love how it looks inside #garmentsewing #jaliealbert
