While I was getting caught up on developing from the Seattle trip I pulled out 14 months of spent canisters

UN54 is a shorter length, 400TX is THICK and curvy, Catlabs/400S/JCH400 thin and very flat. #beliveinfilm

It's amazing how similar the images are to film. It's one of the things I really like about the camera. It is effectively like the JCH400 film, huge dynamic range and you've gotta be on your toes to avoid blowing out highlights.
It's really an impressive camera.

More follow up. So with the whole I thought I had broken the tape not the film.

I pulled cans apart. Arista, Kentmere, Milford, JCH400, and a roll of TMax 400 I shit earlier this year with an expire date of 1999.

So far my favorite film since getting back to it has been JCH400. The XX sounds close, in that you need to nail the exposer (unlike Fomapan/Arista.edu or Kentmere). It's on my short list once I get through the HP5.
