Steve Winwood 4: Back In The High Life

319K views · 6K reactions | ICE WOKE A SLEEPING TRUCKER. A U.S. CITIZEN. TO INTERROGATE HIM ABOUT CITIZENSHIP. Three armed agents banged on the American driver’s cab while he slept. ICE targeted him because he looked “foreign”, that is unconstitutional profiling: ethnicity or appearance alone cannot justify detention - MAGA always gets this wrong. When he challenged their excuse, an agent threatened a “whole DOT inspection” and pressed him for his CDL. Government cannot use regulatory power to punish protected speech or refusal to answer voluntary questioning. That raises a serious First Amendment retaliation issue. PAXIS.app is free, and helps citizens and immigrants identify these violations and respond lawfully, so they don’t get duped by illegal ICE agents. PAXIS is funded by donations.
