Most of my writing time now goes to query letters for lit agents. I'm proud of my novel manuscript and hope it can get out into the world in the next year or two. While I doubt it'll make a billion dollars (no wizards), I think there are a lot of you who will love it.

Jumpshot was way too slow to get off when he entered the league and he tried to speed it up but now he can’t shoot even slightly. Mediocre otherwise outside of his jumpshot which makes him unplayable.

In think treating elections as such is more defensible than treating the sequencing of votes being counted as meaningful. From a physics standpoint, a jumpshot is not stochastic either but from the standpoint of what we can observe, might as well be.
