Also, if she’s willing to eat, you can feed her plain rice or pasta, with some add-ins: peas or chickpeas, spinach, ground chicken/turkey, sweet potatoes are all good for upset dog tummies.
You can also give her liquid kaopectate if she has the runs.

I drank a bottle of Kaopectate a day, plus these blue pills they gave me. Although a few years ago, norovirus ran through the house and that was pretty terrible stuff too. Tricky stuff out there for sure.
