random but, In the yule lads episode of hilda, Kertasníkir takes a bite of a candle and then says "I think your candle's gone off." because its modern and made of wax and not tallow like he expected. Lil jokes like that always make me chuffed and I hope the historian/candle enthusiasts caught it
