True, but @nfdi4chem.de is funded til 2038 and @beilstein-institut.bsky.social is part of a foundation, so this ketcher-project has a good chance of standing the test of time. And as it’s open-source, the whole community helps out too.

The main focus will be Ketcher since this is the default editor for Chemotion and it urgently needs updates for inorganic chemistry but the project might not necessarily be restricted to that.
Will depend on how quick progress is made and how long funding will last.

Right now, outside of web tools (i.e. Ketcher) I don't see any desktop apps.
So I'm willing to celebrate when more alternatives start - and hopefully one or more will gain some community.

なぜか分からないけどnmrshiftdb のpredictのページがnot foundになる。他にも結構not foundになる。ここ１ヶ月ぐらいずっとなる。仕方がないのでstreamlit とketcher とrdkitを使って、生成AIにお願いして、pythonでもどきアプリを作った。作ったものが動くととっても楽しい😊
