A yurt is fairly easy to clean, but it’s the smells that waft over the Steppe winds that signify he’s ready for company. Fresh-fried buuz and khuushuur fill the air with delicious scents, and low, welcoming khoomei rises over the breeze. He’s prepared a feast; a place for travelers to refuel.

Here is a cool oddity! In 1929, cowboy music was popular, and a record co went to Dallas to collect some. They caught this cowboy's lovely, sad song which he might have composed. In the chorus, he seems to use an overtone technique not unlike Tuvan throat singing. It's very hard to do, so either
