Book cover Title: Salt Kiss Author: Sierra Simone, USA Today bestselling author Narrated by: Oscar Reyes *****Book review***** >Shell of Glass< Aaaaahhh! That *bleeping* cliffhanger! I'm silently screaming. 😱 This is my first foray into Sierra's work, & I feel like I stepped in the middle of something that I'm unprepared to handle. The intrigue coupled with the erotic chemistry is fantabulous! I am quickly obsessed with Tristan Thomas & Mark Trevena, but the inclusion of Isolde Laurence really throws my heatometer for a loop. Oh, & that quip at the end? Pure evilness, I say! -- Book quote 'I’m twenty-nine, and I’m hot-cheeked about wax.' -- Tristan Thomas I love this. And that bonus scene? I'm a melted pile of goo. It's all incredibly seductive & blatantly, unmistakably spicy. This book is told from Tristan's perspective. I love that we get to see all of his different sides - the strong & occasionally perceptive, the vulnerable good boy, the protector, & more. I love the way he melts for Mark under praise & rewards like the puppy Mark calls him. The power exchange is amazing. Isolde & Tristan have a slightly more innocent attraction, but it's just as taboo. I like that they begin building a friendship before anything else. This love triangle is fantastic! I'm not usually a fan, but because I suspect the final outcome, I'm here for the ride. Sure, I have many questions. I suspect I won't get them all answered in the next book, but hopefully, I'll have them by the end of the trilogy. This is apparently tied with some liberties to the New Camelot trilogy. I haven't read it & am able to easily keep up. It's something I expect to circle back to. I read along with the audio book. The narrator is Oscar Reyes. As awesome as this would've been with three distinct narrators in duet, I really liked his presentation. Sierra's words and Oscar's voice really drew me into this world. 🎧💚🎧 Story: 5 stars Narration: 4 stars Listening Speed: 1.5x >TROPES & TR…

CR/CL: Salt Kiss by #SierraSimone

I think I may be addicted to Tristan & Mark, & I haven't even gotten to the really good stuff yet. 🥵

Sierra has been on my list of authors to check out, & so far, she's not disappointing.
