Final swim of the season at Kitsilano pool. Retirement announcement of one of the lifeguards after 50 years! A guy had done 64 laps (137.5 meters) by 3 pm, wanted to do 100 by 7! Thanks so much, kits pool!

Super chill sunny too hot 🥵 Seawheeze training run on the arbutus greenway with no shade. Kits beach was deserted due to the FIFA game. Pool was nice & quiet, too.
