I think this is true for most toys, honestly. Sort generally by type (Legos stay with Legos, Knex with Knex) but past that kids really don't need you to use toy organization to "tell" them how to play

I prefer to play with big-boy toys, my legos are patch cables, my knex are power cables, UPSs and PDUs, and my lincoln logs are servers, switches, routers and firewalls.
