Look at this GORGEOUS object I found at my favorite local vintage store today. 🤩 It’s a 1960s Dansk Kobenstyle enameled cast iron pot, and it’s designed so the lid can be inverted and used as a trivet when transferring it from the stove to the table. For a 60-year-old piece, it’s in GREAT shape.

the acquired pan (not here yet) is just a 12” lodge blacklock; i enjoyed handling one a few weeks back and i need 12” iron generally. the aspirational is this little saucepan, though i am reconsidering because what i really want is a smaller butter warmer, but it has no lid and is less cute

i found out about ctbids very late bc my friend photographs lots for them locally. i have an early red work quilt, a couple of prints, some fun little salt and pepper shakers, two dansk kobenstyle pots. i went on a tear last winter and definitely spent too much on shipping but they're amazing
