"I'm sorry", sometimes the hardest words to say, professionally & personally but also the bravest. Nicolle speaks of saying 'I'm sorry' being an act of love and love knows no barriers, so regardless of a persons cognition or status - 'sorry' can be felt.
In my latest reflection I explore why it's important to apologise no matter how declined a person's cognition may be, it repairs ruptures in relationships & can help affirm where we need to work on changes within ourselves
