Made a little static site with all the #lispGameJam submissions going back to 2016.

Of course the generator was custom built with Emacs and elisp.

#lispgamejam day 1: working on a pizza delivery game, and I've got the most primitive car I can drive around. two game modes: normal (sit in a delivery zone for 0.3 seconds to deliver successfully) or speedy (drive through a delivery zone to deliver successfully, like UFO 50's Onion Delivery)

looking over my remaining task list for the #lispgamejam and I'm already exhausted

Going to call day 10 complete! I did some balancing over lunch. There is still a difficulty spike at level 7, nothing insurmountable.

If anyone runs into a game crashing bug I'll try and fix it before submissions lock at Midnight EST.

Ryan Burnside entered the Autumn Lisp Game Jam 2025 with Interlisp Hungarian Rings, a puzzle he wrote in Interlisp. The project page provides instructions for downloading and playing the game:

Good and bad news:

The bad news is that I didn't made in time for #lispgamejam.

The good news is that I'm actually... fine with it, 0% frustrated really:

Months ago I would be angry with myself, but now I can only think about the chocolate milk […]

Just submitted Pizza Express, my entry into the Spring 2025 #lispgamejam: sakurina.itch.io/pizza-express

It's a top-down pizza delivery driving game inspired by the 1995 Mac shareware game PizzaRush and UFO 50's Onion Delivery. It's my first project in a Lisp dialect, and my first pixel art. Enjoy!

#lispgamejam day 5: after getting the scrolling camera working, it's finally time for me to start working on tilesets and pixel art... considering I have never done any pixel art, I'm kinda okay with this for now

#lispgamejam day 3: had to take yesterday off due to attending a funeral, but today, I've incorporated a timer, scoring, and basic game lifecycle stuff like going back to the main menu on game over and resetting game state when starting a new game into Pizza Express.
