real talk though... what are we doing here? like literally, what are those drivers doing? why isn't this road blocked off? there is a massive festival going on with lots of kids. the crossing road is blocked off such that none of the cars on the left can legally go anywhere. #lowell #lowellma
a street packed with people in costumes and for some reason people are driving on it, many with nowhere to legally go, due to the only legal path being barricaded. they should have been barricaded from getting there in the first place.
