🌱Most plants in my yard are at least 3 feet tall, so it is perfect that my lupine bloom early before they are overtaken by their neighbors. This adorable, short native reminds me a lot of baptisia, and the bumblers love it!🐝

Some rad cats I found this past summer🐛 The blinded sphinx was on a red ninebark cultivar at work, and the copper underwing was on the native lupine in my yard. Both fabulous host plants if you love adorable caterpillars.
