Fun fact, standard NATO SS109/M855 ammo with the 4g bullet isn't surplused in Europe because it has a steel core for better penetration of hard targets.
But it's fairly easy to source M193 (pre-82 US standard), GP90 (Swiss 4.1g military ammo) and copies of the 5.0g Mk262 US Army match round.

Non, le problème des canons de FAMAS est le pas, qui est trop rapide (1:12) pour stabiliser la SS109 de 4g, du coup resté sur la M193 de 3,55g.
Sauf le G2 qui était monté en canon 1:9 et peut prendre la M193 et la SS109.
Du coup ça passe mais problèmes de précision/keyholing.

dude I have like four AR-15s and shoot regularly. they go more like 3,200 ft per second assuming M193 and the only damage they do is from yawing or several inches of flesh to form permanent wound cavities. skimming along the edge of an ear is none of that.
